I was going to buy a technicolor coat but opted for something safer…

These were made on Connor Pass, Kerry, not far from where Connor O’Connor is said to have come from. I had been thinking about what to buy that would be a special momento from Ireland, and to be honest the earrings and necklaces etc didn’t really call out to me. This did and the price tag is a little more. Ahem, but it’s gorgeous is it not?

As soon as I came out, Trevor our lovely BnB host said “what a lovely coat. Is it new? ”

The knitting and woollen mills are such an important part of Ireland’s history, and this is perfect. It’s light and easily worn spring or autumn and also easily packed. And so here it is…. Dah dahhh!

When Gilbert went to take the back view he kept saying “go our further, go out further”. I said “it should be the same? What do you mean go out further”. He said “no, there’s a lot more to get in, with this view”

I beg your pardon!
